We've been making our double rise dough fresh daily since 1996! In fact, all of our toppings are seasoned and made right here in our open kitchen.

We don't talk about it much, but we source and support locally by buying our meat, produce, spirits & beer from other Victoria based business such as Glenwood Meats, Island West, Driftwood, Stillhead and more. When possible we select organic, antibiotic and hormone free options.

We do all this just because it tastes better...
